I called yesterday. Today I had an appointment. I got on a sliding scale so it was only $15 for my appointment and they got me my medication a few minutes later. They also, for free, helped me with DHS paperwork. Everyone was incredibly friendly. They are life savers. Highly recommend.

I've always had a decent experience here with my grandchildren doctors usually really nice sometimes you can tell they're short-staffed so some people are frustrated sometimes I got a little frustrated today because I called this morning to reschedule an appointment for my grandson because he's sick and no one answered the phone at all and I was on the phone listening to music for 35 minutes now you'll have a no-call no-show but I put in the effort I recorded it on my phone what can you do they must not have adequate Staffing other than that you guys do great

So I have endometriosis, and my previous doctor Dennis means denied that for years and put me on an iud that he implanted into my uterine wall upon insertion and that damage caused me to get pregnant but the pregnancy wasn’t viable because of the damage from the iud to the uterus so I had a medically assisted abortion (which was not covered by insurance) and during that life saving abortion got my interns ruptured, that was not noticed by planned parenthood who could have done an ultrasound after they did my abortion but refused and told me my pain and bleeding was normal and I was drug seeking when in fact they had ruptured my uterus approximately 4ins and had me walking around working with internal bleeding instead which led me to bleeding through joy clothes at work and then was rushed into emergency surgery at Bronson to repair my uterus. Since then I have bled every single day of my life and been in pain every single day of my life it hurts to pee, defecate, become aroused, have sex, and I haven’t been able to have a viable pregnancy either I’ve had three miscarriages and this whole time I’ve still been begging for testing telling them something’s wrong I’m bleeding everyday

I see alot of negative reviews here. My first experience at the family health center was terrible. I came back again to see if another person could help, I found the best doctor and therapist I've had in my 32 years of life. My experiences with the doctors Dan and Amanda and the therapist Kalica, I couldn't recommend anyone else better, they helped save my life and are truly great and compassionate people. I hope this helps someone out there, and always remember there's more than one doctor there and in my humble experience I couldn't ask for anymore from the 3 members I listed. They truly care🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Don’t even waste your time going here. I know my body very well and I certainly had real symptoms, all they did was a simple urine analysis, give me a half ass vaginal exam, the lady was just pushing all around my vagina she didn’t swab or anything.. and said “well I’m looking at it and don’t see any issues” even though my pain was internal lol. Then sent me on my way saying there’s nothing wrong and acting like I was making it up, 2 days later I’m in the ER with kidney stones, I also have a history or utis and kidney stones and it also could’ve been something else they didn’t think to give me any additional tests other than the urine analysis, in the ER they did way more in depth urine analysis and CT, and I’m finally diagnosed! I had pain for an extra 2 days that I didn’t need to. And luckily it wasn’t something more serious. Like why am I even making Dr appts just to get no answers and end up on the ER anyway?
